All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Squamish, BC, Canada.
Domestic orders (within Canada) are shipped via standard carriers and include tracking information.
International orders are subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Domestic shipping: 2–7 business days
International shipping: 5–21 business days, depending on customs clearance
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, package size, and carrier rates.
Any additional charges incurred during shipping (e.g., customs brokerage fees, fuel surcharges) are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a package is refused, rejected, or abandoned by the recipient, the customer is responsible for all:
Shipping costs to the destination
Return shipping to Canada
Customs, duties, brokerage, and related fees
Refunds for refused shipments will be issued minus these costs.
Orders refused due to duties or tariffs are not considered a cancellation.
Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from Alba Distribution and must follow these rules:
Item must be in original condition and unused
Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Customer is responsible for return shipping
Certain items (e.g., limited edition or clearance products) may not be eligible for return.
Shipping/duties fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus any shipping, duties, tariffs, or fees incurred.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Exchanges may be possible for defective or incorrect items.
Contact us at info@albadistribution.ca within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Alba Distribution is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping after delivery from our warehouse.
We recommend using tracked shipping for high-value items.
If a shipment is damaged or lost by the carrier, you must file a claim with the carrier; we will assist as needed.
