We ship from Canada to customers worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs processing fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges:
Are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost shown at checkout
Are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities
Are the sole responsibility of the recipient

Alba Distribution has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If a shipment is refused, rejected, or abandoned by the recipient for any reason (including refusal to pay duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees):
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any other charges incurred
These costs will be deducted from any refund issued
If the cost of return shipping, duties, tariffs, or other charges exceeds the order value, no refund will be issued.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or return costs.
